What are the file requirements for uploading a design?

Our preferred file formats are: PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, AFPHOTO, AFDESIGN & PDF.

The approximate maximum print sizes are:

  • Infant: 18 x 20cm
  • Kids: 25 x 30cm
  • Womens: 35 x 40cm
  • Men's: 40 x 45cm

We can print up to 58cm. (requested)

Your file must be at least 72 dpi (300 dpi is best) but bigger is better for crisp, clean printing. You will get a warning on our designer if the image has been enlarged too much.

How many colours can you print?

As many as you want.

Do you have a minimum order?

Kao. No minimum order. 

What products can you print on?

We have plenty of products to choose from in our online store. Come take a look 🙂

Can I print my own design and can you print photos?

Yes you can!

We provide an online designer tool where you can design your own products.

What payment methods are available?

We provide multiple payment methods:

  • POLi - Internet banking made easy! 
  • Credit Card/Debit card  - Supported by Stripe.
  • Afterpay - Buy now, pay later.
When will my order ship?

Our Standard Orders take up to 5 working days to print, and then are shipped by overnight tracked courier.

For Rural Delivery allow an extra day.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry no, not at this stage. We are an online store only.

How do you ship your products?

We ship our products using eco-friendly compostable packaging.

Where can I ship my order?

We can ship internationally at the purchasers expense. All prices quoted are in $NZD’s. If you have a special request please let us know.
